We kept in contact over the next several days until I was certain my wife & I could come to the dealership on 01/13. Joe let me know early in the day that Josh would be taking care of us when we arrived. When we arrived, Josh got right to work on options for us. We got to the dealership around 4:30pm with the intention of looking into our options / getting ideas. Both my wife & I were so comfortable with Josh that we walked right through the process of trading our lease in towards the purchase of a 2026 Trax. To give you an idea of how efficient Josh made the entire process; the time stamp on the picture of us with our new vehicle is 5:56pm. Less than 90 minutes from pulling into the dealership to being comfortable with a salesperson to taking delivery of a new vehicle....that's how to do business! My wife & I run a local facebook group (Jacksonville Fun, Eats & Drinks) with almost 28,000 members.
