The service Department at Volkswagen of North Tampa is by far the best one I’ve been to. The cleanliness and organization of the back shop is top notch. I’m a happy customer. My first VW was purchased at same dealership, Volkswagen of North Tampa which is when this service department built a lasting relationship with me. My second VW was purchased at Kuhn Volkswagen off Kennedy Blvd. I returned to the Volkswagen of North Tampa for service with my second VW again because of Kevin, the manager at this Service Department.(Volkswagen of North Tampa) He is always a phone call or email away. I believe he goes the extra step to make sure his/Volkswagen customers are happy and taken care of, if you need to chat one on one about an issue with your vehicle he will. This guy listens and helps make it right or offer the best solution. Mandi, the service advisor for my current VW has been outstanding, compassionate and always helpful. Also very good in responding to any concerns or questions I might have. I’d also like to give a shout out to another service advisor named, Josh. He has been very helpful more than a few times with my previous VW and my current new one along with Kevin the manager. It is much appreciated and everyone at this shop seems to work well with each other. Advisers, managers and the back technicians.
