Upgrade T&C I went in honest & straightforward in regards to my possible trade in thoughts and buying position. Jake Jordan did an excellent job listening and ex I went in honest & straightforward in regards to my possible trade in thoughts and buying position. Jake Jordan did an excellent job listening and executing the sale. I appreciate Jake & JP also allowing me to reach out after the purchase with perhaps unusual questions and answering me honesty. I appreciate no run around - ask & answer. The experience at Tyson, overall was a good one. And while I initially went in for Service and ended up not servicing my old van, I was able to talk to a few folks in the service department and I was really impressed with their knowledge, friendliness and follow through.
