Just got swindled by service. Hubby sent me to get an oil change and alignment. I asked for what we always get and they played on the fact that my knowledge of cars and process is Hubby sent me to get an oil change and alignment. I asked for what we always get and they played on the fact that my knowledge of cars and process isn’t high and had me sign for a trumped up package 3x the amount of what we normally received and it wasn’t explained beforehand so we come to pick up the car and receive a ridiculous bill. They’ve just lost a long time client and I will never recommend them again. Disappointed that in this economy you would rip folks off like this. More
