I lead a new car 3 years ago and it was great. I went to buy out the lease and the finance team refused to be upfront about the buy out cost. When I told them I wasn't sure how much I wanted to pu I went to buy out the lease and the finance team refused to be upfront about the buy out cost. When I told them I wasn't sure how much I wanted to put down and didn't care about the monthly payments, they became rude and dismissive. I just wanted to know the buy out cost and APR options. They let me leave with a Buyer's order after 3 hours of back and forth. Next time, carvana. More
