This started out as a 5 star review, but unfortunately I had to edit. I don't like writing bad reviews, but this is literally the only thing I can do in this situation. Whoever filed the title transfer and had to edit. I don't like writing bad reviews, but this is literally the only thing I can do in this situation. Whoever filed the title transfer and registration for the vehicle I purchased made a mistake causing the DOT to send it back to the dealership. I was not made aware of this, and had to follow up on it on my own. After letting them know of the issue, the let me know they would look into it. I didn't hear back, and my tags had expired, so I had to reach out again to find out that they cannot extend my temporary tags for me, and there is nothing I can do to speed up the process of the DOT processing the transfer/registration. This was an out of state purchase, and I understand that that might be more complicated to file, but this was not my fault and am left without a vehicle to drive for an unknown amount of time. I am extremely disappointed. At this point I could not recommend working with Four Stars unless something is done immediately to remedy the situation. More
