I came in with a difficult situation and the staff fought so hard for me to get me into the perfect car. Natalia was freaking AMAZING! she pulled up multiple cars and had them ready for me with no parking at so hard for me to get me into the perfect car. He was demanding supervisors and pulling every string to get me qualified at the best possible rate. Plus he’s funny! Jabin handled the signing and finance options with precision and layman’s terms. He got me set up with a 6 year extended warranty and gap insurance at a minimal cost. I had the best possible team providing the best service! Go to four stars Nissan for your next purchase! And that’s when these guys really shined. I was very difficult about the delivery issue, and the sales manager was a total profession. He never tried to diminish or deny my issue. He never pointed fingers, even though I could have asked more questions at the outset. And finally, he talked me down when I got impatient with second finance process. Great folks.
