I drove about 250 miles to Chandler and within two hours I was leaving with my new Crosstrek. I had been looking for this car for months And in the months of looking Subaru superstore was the first one of many dealerships around the nation...",yes nation because I was looking all over the US":))... to list this car for a fair price with amazingly low miles in great condition!!I knew I could not miss this opportunity so I emailed Subaru superstore and within 30 minutes I got an email and a phone call both from Jack Callaghan:) ..Jack was super helpful very informative friendly willing to help you as best as he could he never pressured me and I explain my situation and about how they have the car I been looking for but that I lived over 700 mile away in Tahoe! Jack completely understood my situation And help me get the car that I have always wanted a day later he made it possible and I was on a plane to Arizona to pick up my car. Jack made shopping online for a car very comforting and easy he always responded via email text or call asap, and was on point when I arrive at the airport with a ride for me to superstore... Not only am I ecstatic about my Forester, but I am very grateful for the staff that helped me through my first vehicle purchase. Lisa was so kind and made me feel incredibly welcome. Jack Callaghan was phenomenal- he was patient, informative, hilarious, and made no attempt to push me past my comfort zone. My parents were with me when I purchased my Forester- Jack did such a great job that they are now looking forward to trading in their Kia for a Crosstrek. Pierre was great as well- with the dozens of financial questions my family and I had; he was easygoing and had an answer for them all. They both made me completely comfortable. Please know that your staff has forged a new relationship with a lifelong Subaru customer. More

I usually just buy something off Craigslist and take my chances because the prices are cheaper, but the Subaru Superstore had such fair prices and excellent customer service that paying retail was more than worth it! In fact, I actually live in Colorado (14 hours away) and travelled all the way to Chandler to buy my vehicle. Jack Callaghan helped walk me through the process of buying a car from a distance. I bought a 2005 Subaru Outback with 59,000 miles on it that was in great condition. Jack was great to work with and he did an excellent job communicating with me over the phone about the vehicle. He was very personable, forthright and inspired trust. He took the time to walk around the vehicle and give me a detailed description of the condition, and then let me put a deposit to hold the car for 72 hours. He mentioned how your dealership reconditions each used vehicle, which gave me a lot of confidence. Jack said the condition of the car was probably an 8 or 8.5 out of 10. When I arrived via a flight from Denver, I was very pleased to find the Outback in the exact condition that he described it in. I have rarely come across a salesman as honest and helpful as Jack. If you are looking to buy a Subaru in Phoenix, or even if you are far away, I would highly recommend this dealership and Jack Callaghan! Thanks again Subaru Superstore. More

The co-worker looked up the car I was supposed to test drive. It had been sold the day before. I am stunned at the lack of a courtesy call telling me that the car was no longer available, and at the lack of respect for my time. More
