The car has been there 4 times. Each time they did not fix the problem. The third time the car came back with more problems, including no heat. We had heat when we brought it in. They keep telling me the check engine light will go off after driving it a while. This is not true. Now the critical repair light comes on and the vehicle shakes. Sometimes they call you with information but most times you have to call them constantly. I'm having a horrible experience. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because when they misquoted me on a different issue they made it right. More

This dealership has changed for the worst over the years. I took my car in because of a thump in the driver's front tire they had it for an hour and I was told I needed 2 front tires and the radiator was lea I took my car in because of a thump in the driver's front tire they had it for an hour and I was told I needed 2 front tires and the radiator was leaking. This coming from a Factory Trained Service Person. I went elsewhere and had the tires rotated and the radiator inspected. The thump is still there and the radiator was overfill. Tires @ $215.00 each and much more for the radiator. So much for honesty and Factory Trained Personnel. Never step foot there unless you are stupid and want to get ripped off. More
