I took my car in due to the low tire pressure light coming on despite filling the tire just about every day for a few days straight. The first time I took my car in, they told me it was a loose valve s coming on despite filling the tire just about every day for a few days straight. The first time I took my car in, they told me it was a loose valve stem and that it was fixed. The light was off when I picked up my car. The next morning, the low tire pressure light was on again. I scheduled another service and took my car back in. This time, they replaced the tire stating there was a nail in it. I have never had any issues with service at this dealership and I will return. However, I gave 3 stars because this should have been caught the first time. It is extremely inconvenient to be without a car, especially with a baby, for two entire days. More

Service advisor, scheduling person and customer should be on the same page. I called and requested service schedule for my vehicle and I said I would be waiting at the dealership but scheduling person put me on the same page. I called and requested service schedule for my vehicle and I said I would be waiting at the dealership but scheduling person put me in for drop off! . Luckily the service manager fixed the situation. That’s why dealership requires a manager/ supervisor. Thanks. More
