The prices are outrageous. The employees are very nice, but the time you are expected to wait is unreasonable. After paying $498 and waiting almost 3 hours for "routine mainten The employees are very nice, but the time you are expected to wait is unreasonable. After paying $498 and waiting almost 3 hours for "routine maintenance" (without an oil change), I failed inspection for a tire issue. My tires were dated 2018- even though my car (purchased here) is a 2020. I had already replaced two tires for $250 in November. When they offered to replace ONE tire for $320 I had to go back to my local tire shop. It took twice as long to get my inspection sticker as it took the tire shop to put two tires on. More
