unhappy customer I would like to start about the repair shop of this dealer. in December of 2017 my wife had a complete front brake job including rotors, which she ne I would like to start about the repair shop of this dealer. in December of 2017 my wife had a complete front brake job including rotors, which she needed. They did charge a premium price but not a big deal since we have all our work done at Symdons. well in July of this year (2019) her rotors has gone out of round they pulsated when applying the brakes. she called symdons and they said they were only warrantied for 12 months, this was 20 months after the brake job. I did check all other parts store prices and warranties and all of them have a 2 year warranty on the rotors. They do not stand behind there work or parts. Now, onto the sales. Let me tell you that Jack the sales manager and the one who gives you a price on trade in will not give you a fair deal on your trade in and will never give you a good deal on a new vehicle you would like to purchase anymore. My opinion ever since GM got the bail out they are taking advantage of there regular customers. My wife and I and my father in-law have purchased 6 new vehicles in the last ten years not to mention having all of our work done there. This has come to and end and I am going to take my business else where since they do not even have the decency to contact me about this situation. More
