Above and beyond customer service!! My wife and I and our 3 kids went to Davis Acura to look at a great deal they had on Saturday 11/22/14 and my we bought a wonderful van that my wife h My wife and I and our 3 kids went to Davis Acura to look at a great deal they had on Saturday 11/22/14 and my we bought a wonderful van that my wife has always wanted. The price was great and the financing was a good deal. Couldn't be happier with the experience. What stands out the most though were the wonderful sales associates at Davis Acura. They were genuinely caring and very friendly with everyone and it made the entire experience which is usually stressful and painful quite enjoyable. I've never experienced such great customer service all around. Our sales associate Alice Arch was such a sweet lady which went out of her way to help us get a great deal and was so wonderful I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. They have great inventory on their lots and go out of their way to try and please everyone that enters their doors. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a car to contact Davis Acura. Buying a 2012 Acura TSX with about 18000mi Out of all of the dealers I talked with during my two week car buying experience, this one was by far the best. While all dealers play number games, Out of all of the dealers I talked with during my two week car buying experience, this one was by far the best. While all dealers play number games, I was able to strike a deal relatively quickly, with little hassle as compared to other dealers. The overall feeling I got from this dealer, in regards to their commitment to make a sale as well as making sure the customer was satisfied, was great. I visited a few Acura dealers within a 30 mi radius of Philadelphia, and they are hands down the best! More
