He thoroughly explained everything to me and made the car buying experience very easy. Once I bought the car Dan in finance made the paper work portion of the deal quick and utterly painless. I would highly recommend this dealership and these 3 people to anyone I know who is interested in a car. As soon as I am ready for another car, I will be heading back to Davis Acura. More

I spoke to Amy on Saturday morning and she told me the vehicle was available and that if I had time that day I could come in to check it out. I drove down later that afternoon and spoke to Jack. He pulled the TL up, let me check it out, then proceeds to tell me that theres a recall on all TLs and TLXs, and that he wouldn't be able to sell it to me until the summer. I asked him why Amy would tell me to come down then, and he says she probably got mixed up. Their communication skills cost me time and money. More

2013 Acura Tl - Certified Previously I had a 2008 Cadillac CTS that died on me. In short notice I needed to find a replacement vehicle as my work location is over 40 miles away Previously I had a 2008 Cadillac CTS that died on me. In short notice I needed to find a replacement vehicle as my work location is over 40 miles away and not easily accessible by train or bus. I was undecided on make / model but went down to Davis Acura to see what could be offered. I had called many other deals but Davis was the first I visited. I worked with Jack Grimes. Jack did a fantastic job for several reasons; first he took the time to show me a large collection of different models and allowed me to test drive all of them. Second, he was also very knowledgeable of the Acura line and was able to answer even my most "off the wall" questions. Lastly, even though he understood I was in a difficult position having no vehicle, he negotiated a very honest and fair deal for both parties. Thanks to Jack, I didn't have to visit 5 other dealers (that were scheduled) over the next few days. I would highly recommend Jack Grimes and Davis Acura. More
