I had never visited this dealership before but I was in the market for a new truck and decided to give them a try, I’m glad I did! I dealt with Jack my salesman who was very knowledgeable about the vehicl the market for a new truck and decided to give them a try, I’m glad I did! I dealt with Jack my salesman who was very knowledgeable about the vehicles he was selling and an absolute pleasure to deal with, which is a welcome change. I took a few days to finally decide and when Jack wasn’t available I dealt with John another salesman who was also excellent and knowledgeable. When I finally decided to purchase the vehicle I also had a conversation with John in finance who was also a nice guy and knew his job very well. The entire purchasing experience was excellent and no stress whatsoever, which is not usually the case when purchasing a new vehicle. After purchasing the vehicle I decided to order a bed cover from GMC, it arrived in two days and I had the dealership install it to save me the time. It was a very difficult install as it was a new model, electric and terrible instructions, however the mechanic Tim came out and introduced himself to me after the install and explained a few issues he had but assured me that if I wasn’t happy he would be glad to fix anything so after speaking with the manufacturer and having them send me better instructions and tips, I decided to have Tim take another look at it, he gave me his cellphone number to forward all information and was extremely thorough and an absolute pleasure to deal with, he was so enthusiastic about getting it right and making me happy, great guy!! Finally I want to say that Molly in dealer services also went above and beyond in making me happy with setting me up with loaners twice while this installation was being taken care of, and again she was an absolute delight to deal with and nothing was to much trouble!! Truly exceptional dealership with incredible customer service, I look forward to maintaining my truck with them and purchasing more vehicles moving forward. I have purchased many many new vehicles and have to say that this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had, and I’m not easy to please! More
