I recently purchased two new work trucks from Starling GMC, and even though there are at least seven other GM dealerships between my home and Starling offering similar trucks at similar pricing, I chose t GMC, and even though there are at least seven other GM dealerships between my home and Starling offering similar trucks at similar pricing, I chose to drive over an hour for one reason: Emily. From the moment I first called to inquire about the trucks, Emily provided prompt, professional follow-up and kept me updated every step of the way. I explained upfront that because of the distance and my schedule, I couldn't make multiple trips to the dealership. She made sure everything was handled in advance so the entire transaction could be completed in one visit. Emily worked closely with Charlie, one of the managers, who was also phenomenal throughout the process. Together, they made sure everything was completed and ready before I arrived. I walked into the dealership at 11:15 AM and was back out by 12:00 PM with two trucks. That level of efficiency is rare, especially when purchasing multiple commercial vehicles. As a business owner, I genuinely appreciate people who respect my time and communicate well. I may have been able to find similar trucks and similar terms elsewhere, but after dealing with plenty of dealerships over the years, the experience Emily delivered from the very first phone call was ultimately the deciding factor in where we purchased. Her professionalism, communication, follow-through, and hard work earned the business. We expect to continue expanding our fleet, and I look forward to working with Emily, Charlie, and Starling GMC again when it's time for the next batch of trucks.
