We weren’t able to make it back until the following Monday and the XC90 that I was really hoping to buy had been sold. Jack was able to find the car that I wanted and we made a great deal and drove home in a new XC90. Jack was great as was the finance manager Howar. Volvo of Lisle came through!

I understand that verbal agreements are not final and that a deposit is required to officially secure a vehicle. However, what’s completely unacceptable is that this was never communicated to me. At no point was I informed that a deposit was needed, nor did anyone extend the basic courtesy of a call before selling the vehicle we had already agreed upon in good faith.
This lack of honesty and communication shows a serious disregard for professionalism and respect toward your customers. A simple heads-up or clear explanation of your policy could have easily avoided this entire situation.
At this point, I find it very hard to believe that your team, or this dealership, can be trusted after the way this was handled
