Bait and Switch When I leased my car, no one told me that there would only be 10,000 miles a year. Never would have agreed to that. Silly me assumed that you would offer the standard 12,000 miles that every other car manufacture does. No one verbally informed me that you would be cutting my mileage!! I have had the car for less than two weeks and already have 500 miles on it. Now, rather than enjoying my car, I am paranoid about exceeding my 800 miles a month. I would never had agreed to this if it was brought to my attention. When I called, all I got were voicemails that no one answered until three days later. Rob left a voicemail to tell me that "It's too late to change." The general manager and sales manager never returned my calls. Also,while I was researching Hyundai's lease policy on their website, I noticed that there is a lease deal going on for $219 a month that I was never offered. Another case of this dealership not being forth right and honest. I was taken advantage of and no one is trying to help me. More
