If you want to buy a new Lincoln or a pre-owned Ford in NE Florida and surrounding states Jack Michie with Bozard Ford is your guy. He is truly a gentleman who takes pride in what he does and more so prid NE Florida and surrounding states Jack Michie with Bozard Ford is your guy. He is truly a gentleman who takes pride in what he does and more so pride in the vehicles he sells. I was originally looking for a used vehicle with fairly specific criteria. When I would see one advertised I would message him and he would promptly reply. Usually with its not up to my standards. He would send me vehicles and only vehicles that met my criteria and did not try and sell me on every vehicle on the lot. When I changed my mind on purchasing a vehicle (well the boss did) several times. He never pestered me not a single time. When the time was right I knew the right person to call Jack Michie. We ended up purchasing a new Lincoln Navigator L. Not by his upsetting once again the boss. And more so we changed our mind after leaving the dealership from. The original vehicle was cleaned up and in the showroom. In the pouring rain and switching vehicles Jack himself was wiping down the vehicle. Which I kindly replied was not required. If you have never purchased a Lincoln the buying experience is unmatched. You add Jack the team and I do not think I will purchase another vehicle from a another dealership EVER. Only unfortunate thing is that I can only give 5 starts. More

A service department that is willing to listen to your issues and work with you to insure a quality service. It is hard to believe there are still service departments that go above and beyond to make sure issues and work with you to insure a quality service. It is hard to believe there are still service departments that go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with the service. We were in the middle of a trip they had people help take all our luggage and transfer it to a loaner so we could continue on our vacation then return a week later and transfer back to our vehicle so we could go back home. So many of people in the service department worked with us and it happened so fast I don't even remember all of them. Job well done. More
