I had a very positive experience with Jack from beginning to end. He kept me up to date throughout the whole process. I couldn’t drive my car home the day I first saw it and because I live 2 hours away it wa to end. He kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Jack shared the work order that BMW of Sudbury put into my car to get my used vehicle back to the best shape. I’ve been driving it for a week now including a road trip to the mountains in snow and it has performed excellently! Not anytime soon, but when I am ready to purchase another vehicle again, I will look for Jack. More
