Bought a Jeep T-Rock Rubicon on line. Super cool. My salesman Remy did a great job with a FaceTime showing. The paper work and financing went smoothly. We then had the Jeep delivered on a truck. Beware!!! Read all reviews before buying from this dealership. My Mother purchased her vehicle a year ago and just recently experienced some jerkiness while driving up Joe Bald to her home. She broug dealership. My Mother purchased her vehicle a year ago and just recently experienced some jerkiness while driving up Joe Bald to her home. She brought it in to Oakley to have it checked and after a week, was told there was nothing wrong with it. My mother asked if they had tested it on a hill as she initially asked and they had not. They stated that the vehicle would be tested on a hill, and after another week (2 weeks now), they told her the car would not start and that the engine had no compression. I spoke with Tim the Service Manager and The GM, Jack Oakley and requested an explanation and was told " Things Wear Out". They refuse to take any liability and if you read the other reviews here you will see a pattern. Shame on you Jack Oakley for refusing liability to cover your bottom line at the cost of stranding my 78 year old Mother. More
