When we called Arnie and Jerry to see if we can buy a car using as much social distancing as possible, we could not be more pleased. We worked with Jerry. Jerry did everything for us over the phone. He called back or texted quickly. He was understanding of our circumstances and the need for a new car. He was helpful and easy to work with every step of the way. Even our financing was over the phone. In the end, i think we spent about 20 minutes in the dealership. Our experience was great. It always has been good at Bredemann. However, I feel Bredermann went well above their normal service to make us feel comfortable and safe during every step of the process. Thank you Jerry and the rest of the Bredemann Toyota team. More
