Other Employees Tagged: Jay, Tony, and I forgot her name, are always pleasant and understanding even when I'm a little ticked for having a $100,000 vehicle with known issues that can't be fixed and that GMC has no fix but continues to sell the vehicles!!

Had an emergency breakdown - water pump failure on our way to Nashville. Champion (Tony and Team) was able to diagnose and fix while were in Nashville for the weekend, despite being on a 2 week lead time way to Nashville. I had an appointment for 10:00 AM on Wednesday morning. I had received no communication from the Service department by 3:45 PM on Thursday afternoon. Therefore, I called them and Jay advised he would call I had received no communication from the Service department by 3:45 PM on Thursday afternoon. Therefore, I called them and Jay advised he would call me back with an update. About 15 minutes later, he called and advised my Acadia had just been pulled into the Service bay! (So much for having and appointment! I wonder whether my call had anything to do with it “just being pulled into the service bay”!) He said he would update me after the technician had confirmed the repair needed. I advised him in no uncertain terms to call me back before he left for the day one way or another! He called me about 5:00 PM on Thursday afternoon and advised that the part necessary for the repair was being overnighted and the repair would be completed on Friday.I advised him to call me as soon as the repairs were completed on Friday. He called me about 4:00 PM on Friday afternoon and said my Acadia was ready to be picked up. Had a 10:00 AM appointment on Wednesday morning. If my Acadia had been pulled into the service bay on Wednesday, as it should have been, it would have been ready.on Thursday afternoon instead of Friday afternoon. In my opinion, I was without my vehicle for an extra day for no reason and received no communication at all from the Service department about the service of my vehicle being delayed until I CALLED THEM ON THURSDAY AFTERNOON!!!
