Purchased a Ford Escape today and was impressed by the level of service from the entire team. It took about 6 months for my Expedition to be built and delivered and once it was delivered, Jack was a true professional in getting the financials situated, working with my on best value of my trade in, and getting the car prepped and finalized. It was even presented to me with a red carpet! Jack is a true professional and makes the car buying process easy. And many thanks to Dave, who was also there to help and support the process with professionalism.
