I was visiting Wichita from out of state for an overnight trip when my 2022 Acura MDX had a light come up on the dash indicating a problem with my AWD. I showed up at the service center without an appointme trip when my 2022 Acura MDX had a light come up on the dash indicating a problem with my AWD. I showed up at the service center without an appointment and the staff was kind and helpful. They ran all of the diagnostics tests to find out what the problem was and then reassured me my car was safe to drive home so I could get the repair done at my local Acura service center. I was kept apprised of what they were doing while I waited and how long the estimated wait time would be. Very happy with my experience at Acura of Wichita. More
