Hello, my name is Jackie Brothers. I joined the Seeger team in March 2018. I've been in the auto industry since 2011 and have over 20 years experience in customer service and sales. I enjoy working here at Seeger Toyota due to the honest approach, good atmosphere and willingness to help one another. I am a member of the Crocker Christian Church. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, hunting and going to yard sales. Eric was extremely kind when we spoke on the phone. Gerry stepped in to help me get some test drives in 2 days later since Eric was busy. Then when I came back in 2 days later, Eric was extremely helpf Gerry stepped in to help me get some test drives in 2 days later since Eric was busy. Then when I came back in 2 days later, Eric was extremely helpful in hearing what I was looking for within budget and took time to narrow down the various vehicles. Going through each one in detail before having me test drive another one. That lady test drive was the one I ended up buying. Eric continued to answer questions throughout the paperwork process and then even drove my new vehicle to my house since I didn't trade my old vehicle in or have another driver. Cory was super nice through the final paperwork. He took time to help me know what each extra option was and was patient while I called my husband to see which option to go with it. My kiddos love the shirts Eric let us pick out. My one daughter wore hers right away. They team was awesome. Not pushy like I've seen others deal with when buying from dealerships, but rather kind, honest, and helpful. They truly cared about the customers not the sale. That's something that is rare in dealerships or any where when the job entails selling something. Glad God led me to this team who truly is a family helping others every day. More

Eric Gentle assisted us in our purchase a used non Toyota from Seeger. We were impressed with his factual information about the vehicle we purchased from him. There was never any attempt to pressure Toyota from Seeger. We were impressed with his factual information about the vehicle we purchased from him. There was never any attempt to pressure us and he is an excellent communicator and very respectful of his customers. When we had enough information to decide to test drive our purchase, he enlisted Jackie Brothers to continue to assist us since he was scheduled off . Its obvious that they were a team and they shared the same goal- to ensure our purchase was unpressured, open and positive! We were sold on the sales people And the SUV! Jordan Perrone completed our transaction. Another top shelf experience. The common thread was that the dealership had quality vehicles that were sold at a fair value and the dealership staff were relatable, respectful and extremely knowledgeable about the entire process!
