Lesson Learned I brought my car in without an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I went up to the service desk to inquire about the progress of service and was informed that my car had not been checked or serviced. I canceled my request for service. I then scheduled an appointment a few weeks later and received good service. The lesson learned was to always schedule an appointment. More

Not your normal oil change. Working the way I do I have a difficult time keeping appointments for my scheduled maintenance. The truck is very well maintained and is usually done before its even due thanks to the crew at Greg LaBlanc Toyota. I pulled in unexpected with my oil 50 miles to go before the oil change was due. They treated me like I was the only customer and took my truck immediately. I did expect to have a little wait as I should by dropping it off without an appointment. I was surprised at the speed of the turn around even tho I was informed that I needed a new cabin filter and windshield wipers. ( I also knew but forgot to tell them) I am and will continue to be a customer of Toyota and Greg Lablanc Toyota in Houma due to the quality of the product and the service well after the sale. Quick, clean, and respectful service I went into the service area at Greg Leblanc Toyota for maintenance on my 2003 Toyota Highlander. I had my timing belt replaced along with the water I went into the service area at Greg Leblanc Toyota for maintenance on my 2003 Toyota Highlander. I had my timing belt replaced along with the water pump. The work was done in a very timely manner. I drop the vehicle off at 8 o’clock in the morning and All work was completed by 3 o’clock the same day. The work was clean. I did not get any grease inside or outside of my vehicle. And I was very pleased with the service desk workers who greeted me when I walked in, was very nice and respectful. They gave me the knowledge I needed to know about what was going to happen with my vehicle while in the service area. When I arrive to pick up my vehicle, the service workers again were very nice and let me know how everything went with my vehicle. I was also informed that Greg Leblanc Toyota guarantees their work .
