I drove in wanting to take a look at a new Hyundai Sonata. As soon as I drove in I was approached by Steven's friendly smile. I told him exactly what I was looking for and that is what he brought me. Although the dealer's condition wasn't the best, their top notch customer service and friendly attitude made up for it (they're moving to a new location soon). During the whole process their communication was very open and honest. Steven was always available and welcomed calls and SMS messages, which eases the whole process. Jackie was also readily available and very responsive when I emailed her. I value the professionalism and open lines of communication. Steven worked with me to get the a good deal: an affordable car with great features that doesn't leave me in the poor house. He always had a friendly smile and was very professional with a hint of casualness that also eased the car-buying experience. He was always honest. A+ Jackie also worked with many financial institutions to get me the best deal. I have good but limited credit, but she was able to pull it off. She explained everything very clearly and gladly reiterated when needed. A+ I have also been working with Bill today (04/01/13) to fix a minor cosmetic issue on the car (which Steven pointed out at the time of sale). It was missing a door-pillar appliqué (minor/silly issue) and they fixed it today. Bill has been very responsive to phone calls, and scheduling. It has been a pleasure working with him. In July of 2011, we purchased our first Hyundai Sonata from Sebastian Savona at Gainesville Hyundai. Our trade in and new 2012 Hyundai buying experience was so professional, economical and easy and the Sonata was such a great automobile that we returned to Sebastian this Sunday afternoon to buy our second Hyundai Sonata from the people we knew and trusted. Sebastian is a year older, but he is getting even better with age. In a few short hours, he showed us several alternatives and included test driving the 2013 Sonata and a 2013 Genesis. Working with him through the AAA Auto Buying Guaranteed Savings Certificate, he gave us the Member Pricing for the Sonata in writing and delivered the trade-in allowance for our Mercedes. As Sebastian said, "This is a no-brainer." How right he was. We signed the purchase order and he turned us over to the lovely Jackie Fralic who completed all of the paper work with explanations and choices for all of the figures and benefits available. We drove off with our new 2013 Sonata and we once again have that new car aroma in our garage. They make it so easy and so much fun the we may return next year to purchase a new Genesis.
