Unfortunately, this visit was incredibly disappointing and a complete waste of time. I requested four specific services online, but only two were completed. Not only was the tire rotation not done, but I was charged for it anyway. On top of that, the promised estimate for body damage was never provided. To add to the frustration, the car was returned with a black, greasy substance on the steering wheel, console, and driver's side door, despite being assured it had been detailed. It's unacceptable to be charged for services that were never rendered and to have my car returned in a worse condition. I won't be returning for any future visits. More
