I graduated from Texas A&M University- Commerce in August of 2019, and began my career with Freeman Toyota in 2020. My number one goal is providing phenomenal customer service to every single person that I come into contact with. I take great pride in the Toyota product, and even owned a Rav-4 before starting at Freeman. LOVE my new car and loved the service at this location even more! Jonathan was so helpful and he truly went the extra mile to make sure that I got the right vehicle for me. If I could give him 1,000 stars even more! Jonathan was so helpful and he truly went the extra mile to make sure that I got the right vehicle for me. I would do business with those two ANY DAY and have already started referring people to this location. During our visit the entire staff was truly welcoming and kind. I had to wait a long time and the person who helped me was very pushy and not much caring . Max was his name. I had to come back to get the car mats because he didn’t have it and it was in a box for me to was very pushy and not much caring . Max was his name. Picking the car was difficult cuz he had to come back and detail the car and that took 3 hours. I love Toyota but the service this time was awful. Not happy about this. More
