My salesperson Jackson was amazing and very helpful. This was my first car buying experience, and it was really less than ideal. My USB I was given with my paperwork on it was blank when I had gotten home. W was my first car buying experience, and it was really less than ideal. My USB I was given with my paperwork on it was blank when I had gotten home. When I went back to the dealer to resolve the problem I was told that I was charged the wrong tax, by almost $1,500. I was told that the computer was acting up, and he didn't even think the USB had anything on it. Really upsetting that this was my first car buying experience. More
