Had a great experience purchasing my Audi! I’ve been in need of a new suv and was looking for a Q5. I’ve known Becca for years, gave her a call. She confirmed her store had the car I was looking for, and had Lou reach out to me right away. Lou coordinated meeting me the same day, working around me & my husband’s schedules. He even came back to work to meet us from leaving a viewing. Lou was a pleasure to work with. He let me and my husband take out the Q5 for a test drive and I loved it. I knew I wanted it. Lou and the crew stayed late helping me with paperwork & made the trade in super easy. They even let me take home my Q5 even though the banks were closed and I couldn’t get a cashiers check until the next morning. Lou and everyone were so helpful and answered all my questions. The next day dropping off my title I even got a mini tutorial on how to use a lot of the features on my vehicle. Overall it was a surprisingly pleasant experience! Not to mention I absolutely love my new Q5! More

Was in market for new vehicle (Audi allroad was 11yo w/168K miles). With economy uncertain, thought I could delay. NOPE!!! Living by the ocean does terrible things to a car’s under carriage. Nonetheless, they honored their offers to buy the car and to get me a good rate to lease and try out an Audi hybrid. By early afternoon I was driving home in my new, leased Audi. Now I’m on my way to charge it up and get great gas mileage. More
