I bought a very nice 2014 Audi A5 convertible with only 40K over the phone, and flew in from Maine to drive it home. The biggest was the ridiculous amount of paperwork, especially since it was a cash sale with no trade. And unfortunately, once I was halfway through the mountain of paperwork online, I realized they had entered an incorrect address and county for me on part of it, and the entire paperwork process had to be redone and started over, and that was an avoidable error on their end which cost me a ton of time. Once I arrived, I was asked to sign all the same paperwork all over again because they had to have a “wet copy”. I had already spent hours and hours on paperwork at home, given the error and the fact that I actually read everything before I sign it, and the thought of having to do that all over again in person… I just couldn’t do it, so I signed everything without re-reading it, hoping they had not changed anything or added anything. Another challenge was that the car was in their used car inventory like any other car they had, and I was buying from a reputable new car dealer with a great reputation (and a beautiful brand-new building), so I was willing to pay full retail for the right car, which I did. I actually paid over full retail, but it was in excellent condition with very low mileage, even though it was 11 years old. What I did not find out until I had already put down a deposit and was signing the paperwork, was that it was an “As Is, Wholesale to the Public” sale. Dean thought I understood that when he told me there was no warranty because of the age, but I think they should make it very clear that this is not a typical used car sale from a new car dealer. I never saw that anywhere on the website and it was never mentioned, I saw it in the paperwork as I was buying it. For this type of sale, they make you sign off accepting everything and anything that could be wrong with it, seen or unseen, ever. At this point, we were in the middle of the paperwork, I’d already paid a deposit (and charged a fee on top of that which Dean agreed to reimburse me for, although he didn’t), and I felt comfortable enough with Dean and all he’d told me upfront that I continued, but I think it should be made very clear that this is not your typical used car sale. When buying a used car from a new car dealer, you expect to get a warranty, or if you do agree to buy from their “As Is, Wholesale to the Public” cars, you expect to get a wholesale price, but I didn’t get either. I will say I’m happy with the car and I drove it to Maine with no trouble at all, although it does have a completely failed headliner. I don’t know how Dean missed seeing that and telling me, as it is completely detached from the roof and droops down significantly. And had this been a regular used car sale, this could have been addressed, but again, I signed of on “As Is/Where Is” and will have to fix it myself which won’t be cheap, but that’s the only issue I discovered. So I’m overall happy with the car, the dealership, and the salesman, but they lose a star for the ridiculous amount of paperwork and for not making it clear if a car is an “As Is/Wholesale” car. I also wish they’d fixed the obvious failed headliner as they can do is so much more affordably, but I have no recourse there as I signed off on every and any issue. I would buy from them again, and Dean specifically, but wish I’d had the info in this review before I bought, so hope this review helps someone else. More

Jacob was great: very professional and knowledgeable throughout our interactions. Also, interactions with the dealership over the past several years has been excellent. Workarounds during building up throughout our interactions. Also, interactions with the dealership over the past several years has been excellent. My husband and I went to Genesis of Naples to take a GV80 for a test drive. I was undecided when we walked in between two vehicles. One was NOT a genesis. After sitting with Jacob.
