When you schedule a service appointment for a front-end alignment a week in advance at the dealership you purchased the vehicle from (80k+) only to be told after waiting for more than an hour after you arr alignment a week in advance at the dealership you purchased the vehicle from (80k+) only to be told after waiting for more than an hour after you arrive in the waiting room that they can't do the alignment because the vehicle is too large for the alignment machine, xxx!!!
