I drove all the way from Chicago to buy this car. Jake made the process very simple and straightforward, no messing about, and no cheap sales tactics; the car is an absolute beauty; the back office wasnt made the process very simple and straightforward, no messing about, and no cheap sales tactics; the car is an absolute beauty; the back office wasnt the best at managing my paperwork and when to process it, I was given a 15 day driveaway tag and promised another 30 day one to be able to title my car in timely manner but when the 30 day temp tag came in it was processed 15 days earlier making it only valid for 15 days not 30 as told then my sales rep proceeded to ignore me when asked about this. I pushed Jacob a little because I only had a 2 hour window to get things done. I called Sundance about the blazer and told him I was on my way to look at it, Jacob told me it wasn't at there location window to get things done. I called Sundance about the blazer and told him I was on my way to look at it, Jacob told me it wasn't at there location but could have it there by the time I arrived. Jacob had the Blazer at Sundance when I arrived, I test drove it and loved it. They were up front with me, they didn't try low balling me on my trade in and we had the deal done within time I needed to be out of there. I was a happy customer!! 😊 More
