I had a situation where a young salesman You really learn more about how a business or person conducts themselves based on how they solve a problem. I had a situation where a young salesman misrepresented what was able to be done/added to a new car. I found this out a few weeks after I purchased the car, when what was agreed to was unable to be accomplished. I was furious and need to meet with management. (Brian O'Callaghan & Jon Hammond) The salesman admitted his false claim (I think due to lack of experience), and the only fair resolution was to return the car, and get me the model we agreed to. Management worked hard to find the appropriate car, had it shipped to Conicelli, and was able to work the numbers (with some nudging) so that it was basically an even swap, except for the additional features that I wanted in the first place. Additionally they then assigned Jacob Dank to me as my sales contact. He was outstanding. Going through every feature of the car, he knew every single detail. Additionally he called me 6 months later to make sure everything was going well with the car. Obviously at this point his commission was made, so his follow up seemed "above and beyond" to me. There was a small thing that I mentioned to him when we spoke, and he immediately took care of it, and had the floor mats shipped directly to my house! My family has purchased many cars from Conicelli over the years, and this most recent experience started as though it would be my last purchase from them. HOWEVER, based on how they managed this situation I will be buying my next car here too. This showed me the integrity they have, which I am sure is a reflection of the integrity of the Conicelli family. They got 4 out of 5 stars, because the situation shouldn't happened in the first place (new hire training), but management which often gets a bad name, came through and did the right thing! The one thing I will make sure of, is that going forward my salesman will be Jacob Dank. More

Joe Bisch and Jason Dank helped make leasing a new car stress free and explained everything so I did not feel overwhelmed! Jason was patient even when I lost all my papers and reviewed how to work every single thing in this beautiful new car including setting up my phone and favorite radio stations. Tony Soto was wonderful in explaining the lease and made the financial part of my day also stress free. I will continue to return to Conicelli for all my cars!! More

I knew what I wanted going in, including a high-mileage lease, and how much I wanted to put down, etc. Even though it would have been an 'easy' sell, Jacob was thorough and prompt on our test drive. When it came time to talk numbers (high-mileage leases aren't always smarter than buying), he went through all the different options I had. The moment I made up my my mind (no extra protections, just the basics), that was that. And I mean it: there is no pressure with sales or financing. Example: when I said I could put down $X dollars, they made sure I paid $X dollars and not a cent more, fees and all. As a woman and a young person getting a car can seem extra intimidating but this was perfect. (Side note: went in with fiance but everyone was talking to *me* which doesn't always happen, dealership or elsewhere.) Will definitely come back here. TLDR: Just go here. More

Jacob spent nearly 4.5 hours with us (I came to look on my own, left and This was my third car buying experience from Conicelli, but the best to date. Jacob spent nearly 4.5 hours with us (I came to look on my own, left and came back with my husband a few hours later) but there was never any pressure to buy or leave with a car. He presented many options to us (buy for 60 months, buy for 72 months, buy with protection plans, buy without protection plans, or lease) and kept our financial and overall goals always in the forefront. He traveled with us on the test drives and was careful to let us experience the car, but also showed us the bells and whistles. I will continue to go back to Conicelli for future car services and purchases, but now I'll only deal with Jacob. More
