Sharla our sales representative, was knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. Manager was very accommodating. Jacob in finance was equally fantastic—transpare professional, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. Manager was very accommodating. Jacob in finance was equally fantastic—transparent, efficient, and incredibly helpful. Together, they made what can sometimes be a stressful and very long process completely seamless. Appointment was at 4:30pm for test drive, out the door with new-used vehicle by 7:45pm ! More

I am a 1st Time Buyer at Rancho Mirage Land Rover. I had a Great initial experience with Allen(AJ) when I ordered my new Range Rover. It took a few weeks to arrive however AJ and the Landrover Team ke I had a Great initial experience with Allen(AJ) when I ordered my new Range Rover. It took a few weeks to arrive however AJ and the Landrover Team kept me posted on arrival. Of course it was definitely worth the wait!! Upon arrival and when it was time to sign Documents- Finance Mgr Jacob was Awesome to work with and made everything Easy for me and got me what I was looking for! What stands out - is when I picked up the Vehicle- AJ, Jacob and his team - made it a very special moment for my Wife and I. TOP Notch Customer Service with a Bow on Top! Thanks Guys! More
