incompetent service department Nightmare in service. The Service Manager outsourced our work to some body shop before he knew anything about the damage. He assured that they knew what they were doing.....Two months later, after the body work was done, they discovered that the engine had real problems. SHAZAM! Who would have seen that coming (sarcasm). Turns out the car was a total loss. But, the exterior looks nice (again sarcasm). I want to thank the service department for needlessly making me use Uber for two months and for being complete bumpkin-morons. I wish I could give them a lower score. They are really pathetic. More
