The whole experience from start to finish was great. Sarah had reached out after I had come to look at a CX90 about 10 months prior, was too small, and politely inquired on if we still had a car need. Sarah did a wonderful job sending videos of vehicle that were a good variety to begin with and able to narrow down based on my input. Great communication and service. At the dealer Jake, Sarah, and the whole staff were wonderful with helping entertain my 1.5 year old as she got tired and we had to focus on paperwork. Nothing seedy, hidden, or fast talking. Very open and straight forward with showing all the info on the car and range of the current car value with KBB and Carfax Reports. Very grateful for the experience and would recommend to anyone trying to find a car. More
