Words can not, and I mean can not describe the gratitude and respect I have and the amount of respect they have gained by me. I was at a total loss no car a single father of two little girls aged 3 and 4 an and respect I have and the amount of respect they have gained by me. I was at a total loss no car a single father of two little girls aged 3 and 4 and my kids mother barking down my neck about transportation to get my kids every week. I came in and was told I needed a good chunk of cash to put down on a car. I was ready to give up and felt all hope was gone and out the window. But my father contacted one of the managers who then contacted Mr. Spaulding who then contacted me. He busted his tail for hours with banks and c.e.o's to manage to get me into the nicest car I have ever owned in my life. Mr. Spaulding and Mr. Getchell gave me hope in one of the darkest moments in my life. For that I am forever grateful. Not once did they complain to help me not once did they seem irritable or frustrated with me and my situation. Instead they pulled me from going to another dealership who wanted to give me a run down car at more money down and a month than lee credit now offered me. They worked hard and were diligent on getting me into one of their nicer cars and their customer service is way beyond 100% and I am a very satisfied customer. Only thing I wish was they took a picture with me holding my keys in front of my car haha but I think my excitement was rubbing off on them cause the smiles we all shared in my experience of going through Mr. Spauldings business were none the less of pure joy and happiness from both me and Mr. Spaulding and Mr. Getchell. I will always refer anyone I know to go here for their next car shopping experience. :) More

This was me and my wife's first time buying a car, we both have bad credit and they worked with us and was able to find something that worked for us and was able to get us approved!
