We definitely did our best to accommodate you in your search for a vehicle. When we weren’t able to secure financing for you, we even referred you to another dealerships in hopes you can find a vehicle. You then were able to find a vehicle and even thanked us for working with you. When you attempted to purchase a second vehicle for your mother, we were able to secure approval for you. You just weren’t happy with the options. After you and your father declined all options and made statements about leaving bad reviews, we did have to stop the communication due to our staff having to attend to other customers. We value your time as a customer which we did dedicate to you but we also value our staff’s time in trying to attend to all the customers that choose Chapman. Wow, Alex, I can't believe you would come on here and lie about us not being happy about you being able to secure an approval for us and we were not happy with options. As you told your side man Elan to have us come in and waste our time on a day you were not there nor your finance manager. Then you told us to find a car which we did and sent you multiple options to purchase and you started to ghost us without any explanation. Then after weeks of emailing you to see what happen and asked you directly why you were ignoring our emails which you did not respond until today though this review we told you we would give our honest option about how you run things. And even though you offered advice about the other dealership we still needed to purchase with you. We tried to do multiple deals with you with me and my dad and then because you basically told us you did not want to communicate with us anymore via email and avoided us even when we came in this is the only time we heard from you because we are submitting a honest review. WE NEVER DECLINED ANY OPTIONS. You told us to pick a car and we did you were emailed on all the emails and NEVER Responded. You are a dealership.. your goal is to help everyone correct? Why run our credit multiple times and have us come in if you did not want to sell us a car? You never told us any approval details. It was no communication with financing.. Nothing.. We expected more from you as the GSM come on now look at your emails. Show me where we declined any of your help? You took things personal when we told you because we did not hear back after weeks of emails to you and your staff we would leave a review and this is the first time we have heard from you in a month. That's not how a dealership should treat anyone.

I don’t believe a conversation at this point can set things right after I tried calling for three days straight with no response. Although, it is extremely disappointing that a takes a bad review to get anyone’s attention from your company. I would strongly advise for corporate to visit and retrain employees who lack customer service skills. I love my jeep, but at this point the damage is done and my next car will have to be a Toyota or some other brand where employees treat their customers with care/respect.
