Jacob was amazing! We were in the market for a bigger vehicle to tow a travel trailer and came across the Yukon Denali that was for sale at Acura of Brookfield. I gave them a call and they got me in contact with the used car specialist Jacob. After confirming that it was still available Jacob coordinated a test drive for us. We have two small children and also due to Covid we try to social distance as much as possible for the safety of our family and friends so Jacob came to us. He was wearing a mask the whole time and was very professional. He knew all about the car and we fell in love with it. We were able to make a deal the same day and he brought all the paperwork to us so we wouldn't have to pack up the whole family and go to the dealership. We really appreciated the length at which Jacob went to make the whole process as easy as possible. I even had some questions after we bought the car and reached out to Jacob and he responded immediately.
