Tire replacement service I had been out of town for two weeks when I was driving home and had a flat tire. I needed the tire changed that day because I had to work 7am-7pm the I had been out of town for two weeks when I was driving home and had a flat tire. I needed the tire changed that day because I had to work 7am-7pm the next three days and would be unable to use a loaner car for that long. Jacob got me in for service right away the same day and the new tire was on within an hour. The trainee working with Jacob (9/15/16) was also great but unfortunately I don't remember his name. He kept me updated throughout the process and was very efficient. I am so pleased with the customer service and knowing I can depend on Lexus when in need. Thank you again!! More
