Made Car Buying Experience a Breeze I had such a wonderful experience buying my first ever, brand new car! Darnell never once made me feel rushed or pushed into any decision even when I I had such a wonderful experience buying my first ever, brand new car! Darnell never once made me feel rushed or pushed into any decision even when I walked away the first day to explore other options. I ultimately came back a few days later because I was pleased with the service and felt comfortable doing business with Darnell and Space Coast Honda. Darnell was thorough when explaining anything about the cars I was looking at and was extremely polite and kind. Once I finally made my decision, Darnell got me through the process and paperwork while helping to keep me within my budget and my anxiety at a low. I then worked with Jacob to finish all the financial paperwork and he laid everything out in an easy to understand format. I walked in apprehensive and full of anxiety about having to buy a car and thinking I would be getting another pre-owned vehicle. I walked out, however, happy and with my very first, brand new car! My mom was with me for moral support and Darnell even ran her car through their wash, something he did not have to do, but he saved her a trip to the car wash and she was happy. It's the little things. Thank you so much Darnell and Jacob for such a pleasurable experience. I can honestly say I am a customer for life! More

Kevin Sullivan is Fantastic! I visited Space Coast Honda on Saturday December 2, 2017 after having correspondence online with Kevin Sullivan about a 2017 Honda Pilot. We arrived I visited Space Coast Honda on Saturday December 2, 2017 after having correspondence online with Kevin Sullivan about a 2017 Honda Pilot. We arrived and jumped into a white 2017 Honda Pilot EX-L and had a great test drive, my youngest son actually fell asleep during the test drive! We arrived back at Honda and we talked about all of the little details that Honda added to the car to make it family friendly. Kevin brought us inside and asked us what we thought of the vehicle and I expressed that it was just what we were looking for and he contacted his finance director who took over the rest of the negotiating. My experience with the finance director was not good, but this review is about focusing on how fantastic Kevin Sullivan was through the entire process. Even after the purchase of my vehicle Kevin followed up to make sure I was satisfied and went out of his way to be my advocate! I would highly recommend anyone coming into Space Coast Honda to go see Kevin Sullivan! I also want to express my deepest appreciation to Rebeca Vizcarrondo who is a wonderful customer service advocate and a true professional! More
