Unfortunately, my experience did not end well at Mohawk Chevrolet. I was in the final stages of purchasing what I was told was a 2017 Infiniti, and later found out through my car insurance provider the veh Chevrolet. I was in the final stages of purchasing what I was told was a 2017 Infiniti, and later found out through my car insurance provider the vehicle was in fact a 2015. I was repeatedly told throughout the buying process the car was a 2017 and if I hadn't caught this error on my end, I would've walked away with a vehicle two years older than what I was sold. The sales manager was unapologetic and unwilling to compromise on price even though I was given incorrect information about the vehicle all along. She used condescending language such as, "I don't know if you know anything about math, but..." and ultimately ended up storming off on me when I declined to take the car under the deal that was written up for a 2017. The sales consultant did apologize but there was nothing else done to make up for the mistake, and by that point I had lost my trust in the consultant and the dealership thinking I wouldn't have caught this two year difference on the model. They were aware I was over miles on my current lease and needed to move quickly, yet because of this error I wasted several days I could've spent car shopping by waiting around for a deal that was not quite as promised. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience all around and I hope others (especially young women) are not treated this way when working with the folks at Mohawk Chevrolet. More
