Drove 14 hours with my son so he could buy a 2024 Ford F250 diesel, they advertised as having a clean title (I have the post as proof) at signing they handed my 20 Year old son paperwork about the truck F250 diesel, they advertised as having a clean title (I have the post as proof) at signing they handed my 20 Year old son paperwork about the truck being a lemon, I was very upset that they didn’t share that in advance: I asked the salesman if this info would be on the title, he stated he didn’t think so; I told him I needed to know so go ask someone higher up to make sure - came back with the reply it would not: once his title arrived it is clearly branded as a lemon on the title. I called ownership and tried to see if they would do something about it— after much discussion I as a last ditch effort asked if they could help with 50% of the cost of an extended warranty for our peace of mind due to the issue; the reply was they didn’t make enough on the vehicle to do that. Buyer beware buying from these guys! They don’t mind getting to you. So much for telling my son go to a ford dealership so you don’t have to worry about what you are buying.. More

Jacob came in on his day off to complete the deal on a 2020 F150. He overlooked the entire transaction and was very helpful with all our questions.
