I went to Nazareth Ford looking for a used truck and they had the one I found online. I met Rob and he just showed me everything with the truck and took it for a test drive. Overall it was okay. Eventually reached the deal I wanted between price and trade allowance… but it took a few days of haggling and was very labored. Not sure why they continued to play it out if they were willing to go lower? Everyone was polite enough but definitely giving off the impression they’d rather be somewhere else. No one I interacted with appeared to enjoy working there and it definitely translated. Again, nothing to complain about necessarily… you just feel like spending $40k on a new vehicle should come with a bit higher level of customer interaction. Overall 3 out of 5 More
