First off I have to say the actual truck buying experience was great, I got the number I wanted and they were very fair. The horrific experience is what happened next… for over 2 WEEKS I waited on experience was great, I got the number I wanted and they were very fair. The horrific experience is what happened next… for over 2 WEEKS I waited on hearing about my registration paperwork being completed. I have 7 days to drive legally after transferring plates in MA before I am considered unregistered and they fumbled my information so many times. A total of 3 times I had to send them what they needed… twice I had to print out the documents I had already signed at the dealership and resign, then fax them back to them, this being the registration and title application because their system botched the address both times. The third time I had to send them the stamped RTA form again well past the 7 day mark… all the while every single time I sent something back signed it was complete radio silence on their end. I left messages, a voicemail to my sales guys and heard nothing back. I ended up getting so fed up that I spent the $25 on MASS.rmv just to print out my registration which mind you they never told me was complete or ready to pick up I had to go online and search my plate to figure it out myself. I even forfeited the $35 dollars I paid them to get my truck inspected to save me the headache of having to keep calling to make a appointment which I lost all hope for ever getting. All in all I’m left so confused, I was ready to recommend this dealership to friends and leave a awesome review and I have never been so disappointed in something that was so simple in my life. They really dropped the ball on this one. The sad part is I wasn’t even frustrated that I had to send them paperwork again after the fact, if they had been open with me about what was wrong and where in the process they were I never would have wrote this review. More
