My car buying experience at Grubbs Acura was above and beyond anything I would've expected. I have had many cars and every time I go to a dealership it is always the same run around and I leave feeling pr beyond anything I would've expected. I have had many cars and every time I go to a dealership it is always the same run around and I leave feeling pressured and taken advantage of. Not at Grubbs Acura. I was welcomed right away and offered a beverage. The sales people really care about the customer. Overall, the experience was incredible! I am a Grubbs customer for life! More

First car was sold to me infested with rats which was found a few days after I purchased my mdx by the people who supposedly did their “certification “ inspection. Btw, INFESTED was their description to me…After spending another $3000 for a non infested car, they refuse to fix all of the issues with this car. Worst experience ever. They take advantage of single women and do not care what sort of danger they put their customers in. I’ve purchased two cars and driven two loaners in a span of 3 weeks. They refused to give me my money back on the rat infested car even though they admitted it to me. These people are scam artists!! The rat infested mdx is a white 2020 vin#5j8yd3h52ll004323. More

If I could leave a negative stars I would. This was the worst experience with a dealership I've ever had. We are a small business and they completely screwed us despite their claims that "th This was the worst experience with a dealership I've ever had. We are a small business and they completely screwed us despite their claims that "they always do right by the customer". The price on the sticker is not what you will pay for a pre-owned vehicle. They will That offer had an additional line item in the amount of $2,500 for what our sales person claimed was a non-waivable fee to cover a 3-point verification and any additional work that needed to be completed on the truck. We went ahead and purchased it with the agreement that they would take care of the engine light. They had the vehicle for 5-6 weeks after we purchased, had to send it to another mechanic and then when it was diagnosed as having a major issue they refused to cover the cost of the repairs, which turned out to be +$7K. We have had nothing but trouble with that vehicle. Of the 6 months we've owned it it's been in the shop 4.5. We have called and emailed everyone from the VP of marketing to the COO and no one will make any effort to make it right. Not only was there a major issue clearly apparent with the truck (indicated by the light), they didn't keep their promise to repair it despite charging us an additional fee AND the emissions system was disconnected. They entire process was disappointing, costly and could have been a dangerous vehicle. They are liars, thief's and horribly disrespectful and uncaring. We are taking them to court. Extremely bad customer service! Their employee, Fred Jones, created a scene in front of my elderly Dad when we were trying to buy an Acura Integra. His manager, Al Lewis approached and took me to one of the office rooms to address my concerns. He said he would call back, but never did. This experience and salesperson's attitude was extremely unacceptable so I wrote a personal letter to the GM, Jacob Taylor so they could investigate and improve their customer service. I sent a complaint letter via mail and email back in January 2023. I followed up with another email and phone calls this week; however, no response from anyone. Their website boasts about great customer service and business being family owned. The reality of the matter is contrary. Some may have had different experience, but mine was totally unacceptable. I don't know how much they care about their service, especially carrying a luxury brand like Acura, but never going back there nor recommending to my friends and family since I am a former combat veteran. One bad experience is too many since there are several other dealers with better services! Be careful how/where you do your business as this dealer is absolutely at the bottom of the barrel for me! I hope the the family generation that is managing this business looks into it and trains or takes actions on its employees, including management team who have no regard for their customers! Be careful friends! More
