Great experience. We drove in from Kentucky to purchase our van. The agreed to price over the phone remained the same when we arrived. I was given a price and when I arrived the dealer did not honor the price they provided me even though I had the documented quote. The dealer said the manufacturer eliminated their incentive and had to raise honor the price they provided me even though I had the documented quote. The dealer said the manufacturer eliminated their incentive and had to raise the price. This could have been communicated since they knew I was coming in to buy the car for their quoted price.
